Guest Profile
– Stag groups (men-only groups) are not allowed.
– Unsupervised guests below 18 years of age are not allowed.
Safety and Hygiene
– Quarantine protocols are being followed as per local government authorities.
– Guests from containment zones are not allowed.
– Shared resources in common areas are properly sanitized.
– Hotel staff is trained on hygiene guidelines.
– Guests with fever are not allowed.
– Hand sanitizer is provided in guest accommodation and common areas.
– Thermal screening is done at entry and exit points.
Payment & Refund Related
– Credit / debit cards are accepted (all leading credit / debit cards accepted).
– UPI payments are accepted.
– Cash payments are accepted.
– Refunds (if applicable) shall be credited to the customer’s account in 5-7 working days
Food Arrangement
– In-house restaurant provides an array of local / nation food options.
– Outside food is NOT allowed at the property.
Food and Drinks Hygiene
– COVID-19 guidelines for Food Hygiene is followed as per government guidelines.
– Social distancing measures are present in restaurant(s).
– Serve ware and supplies are sanitized before entering kitchen.
– Masks and hair nets are mandatory for staff in restaurants.
– Due to our close proximity to the jungle, in-room dining is not available at our resort. This helps to keep stray animals and insects out of the rooms, which can cause damage and discomfort.
Room Safety and Hygiene
– All rooms are disinfected using bleach or other disinfectant.
– Linens, towels, and laundry are washed as per local guidelines.
– Rooms are properly sanitized between stays.
– Hand sanitizer are available in the rooms.
Pet(s) Related
– Pets are not allowed.
– There are no pets living on the property.
Physical Distancing
– Social distancing protocols are followed.
– Contactless Check-In and Checkout service is available.
– Physical Barriers are deployed at appropriate places.
– Cashless Payment Available.
ID Proof Related
– Passport, Aadhar, Driving License and Govt. ID are accepted as ID proof(s).
– Office ID, PAN Card and Non-Govt IDs are not accepted as ID proof(s).
Hotel Policy
– As per regulations, a valid government issued Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhaar Card, Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.
– The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age.
– Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by Avadale.
– Avadale reserves the right of admission for local residents. Accommodation can be denied to guests residing in the same city.
– For any update, User shall pay applicable cancellation/modification charges.
– Modified bookings will be subject to availability and revised booking policy of the Guest House.
– The cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is on the hotel’s discretion.
– Visitors are not allowed within hotel premises.
