We work with a team of architects to put together a property improvement plan based on our brand requirements. We co-invest (1:1) along with you to take care of the improvement expenses.
2. Guaranteed Earnings
Based on our property & market assessment, we’ll propose a fixed monthly rent, say Rs. 1 Lakh for a 6-room property. Your monthly earnings are guaranteed, that is our assurance.
3. Operations Management
We take care of every aspect of operations – staffing, training and operating the property to promoting & managing the customer service, every aspect of daily operations is managed by our own teams.
4. Property Maintenance
We work with a network of partner engineers to maintain the property just as you gave it to us. All ongoing repair, maintenance & replacement activities will all be taken care of by our teams at zero additional cost to you.

Our focus on family & group stays ensures that we always receive high quality guests & ensures that your property is always in good hands.
6. Peace of Mind
